By using MemeFactory, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What MemeFactory does
MemeFactory generates meme images from text prompts using AI. Memes are produced automatically and are meant for entertainment.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use MemeFactory to create content that:
- Promotes hate, harassment, violence, or discrimination against any group or individual.
- Is sexually explicit, or sexualizes minors in any way.
- Spreads deliberate misinformation or defames real people.
- Violates any applicable law.
We use automated safeguards but cannot catch everything. You are responsible for how you use and share the memes you generate.
Fair use limits
Free accounts have a daily generation limit. We may adjust limits or restrict accounts that abuse the service.
No warranty
MemeFactory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generated content may be inaccurate or unexpected. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
